One of the primary functions of QLaw is to facilitate mentoring relationships within the LGBT legal community.

The Law Student Outreach Committee welcomes applications from law students and attorneys in their first few years of practice for the QLaw Mentorship Program. The goal of the program is to help prepare law students and new attorneys for a successful legal career. In addition, law students are invited to join QLaw free of charge and participate in QLaw committees.
